    The Challenge

    When Mighty Dry came to us they were having serious problems with online success, the majority of their clientel was coming from word of mouth. To expand their business they needed a reliable and functional online presence. Unfortunately, Mighty Dry was using an independent SEO specialist who used link farming and flooded their online presence to the point where Google placed a penalty on the site, further tanking their interactions on Google. Their website was coded incorrectly and their links and backlinks were rejected by Google. 

    The Solution

    When Mighty Dry contacted us and explained the situation, we knew that we would have to essentially rebuild their online presence from the ground up. 

    Spec 1: Build a New Website From Scratch that Represents Mighty Dry’s Goals and Brand Identity

    We knew that to be able to not only reach new customers but increase bookings, we would have to create a new website from scratch. The new website would have to communicate Mighty Dry’s services, goals and brand identity. A catchy, visual appealing and informative website would allow potential customers to have an excellent user experience by giving them easy access to all the information they need to feel confident in booking a service. We knew that in the field of home repair and restoration customers would only be comfortable enough to book with Mighty Dry if they were able to read about exactly what they did. We created infographics, informational blog posts, FAQ posts and subpages to ensure customers would have access to all the information they needed.

    Spec 2: Increase Organic Traffic to Increase Service Bookings

    Mighty Dry’s main issue was a lack of organic traffic leading to low bookings for services. Their former strategy brought their page to markets that were entirely unrelated to home restoration. Although on the surface, it appeared that they were receiving good web traffic, the clicks were unrelated and none led to any actual bookings. We created a strategy to increase this online relevance and engagement with SEO, retargeting ads, and Yelp ads. As a Google partner, we were able to communicate with them to remove the penalty on Mighty Dry’s site and links bringing back organic traffic and interaction. This allowed us to finally generate revenue from the website. After this we headed to Yelp, placing ads and managing the profile and keywords to bring in new leads. Mighty Dry’s Yelp revenue increased by more than 430% within 3 months.

    The Results:

    When Mighty Dry chose us to repair their online presence and image, we worked diligently to create real, tangible results. Mighty Dry started with zero revenue coming from Google, and after a year with iCatch, they were generating an average of  $133,000 per month, solely from organic Google traffic. Income from Yelp grew from $60,000/month to $260,000/month in just three months with iCatch. We were also able to build a website and marketing plan that would endure company expansion to allow the company to exponentially grow.
